Responsibilities:
Assist the Photographer with:
Lighting setup/breakdown
Handling equipment and troubleshooting camera and computer issues
Assist in upkeep of studios in terms of organization and cleanliness
Be organized and able to follow guidelines for file naming and uploads
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of on set experience as a Digital Tech and Photo Assistant
Strong time management, interpersonal skills, and ability to multi-task
Equipment handling and troubleshooting experience for camera and computer issues
In depth understanding and ability to troubleshoot the following:
CaptureOne Pro
Adobe Photoshop and Bridge
Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of industry standard lighting equipment
Ability to quickly learn and implement Gilt Groupe's lighting standards with accuracy and precision, also including;
Organizing and following guidelines for file naming and uploads
On-set retouching experience is a plus.
