You will be a project & process owner for all things DLX Platform Ops. You will truly be operations focused and helping support the management of big data within the digital infrastructure day-to-day.
Key day-to-day responsibilities:
Own relationships and process optimization between Platform Ops and other internal ops teams
Own facilitation & tracking of ad hoc analyses requested from Go-To-Market (GTM) teams
Own management of pilot projects, including new process creation and roll-out (new products, proofs of concept, etc.)
Facilitate weekly Platform Ops priority input and weekly execution team meetings
Understand all high-level Platform Ops processes
Help identify opportunities to streamline and/or automate processes (including facilitation of quarterly reviews)
Lead retrospectives when GTM leads identify a need and follow up on agreed resolutions & implementations
Support partner integration teams during peak activity
Skills and Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Technically capable (ad hoc data analysis, grasp of digital technologies (pixels, API?s, etc.))
Ability to translate business to technology speak and vice versa
Strong interpersonal skills
Can jump in and get stuff done - sometimes managing an effort, sometimes helping do the work
5+ years in a technical ops capacity (online media, ad-tech or data industry experience a plus)
BS Degree in Business, Operations, IT or related field
