Digital Video Producer/Editor Infusion Software

Job Description

As part of the creative team, the Digital Video Producer/Editor conceptualizes, shoots, edits and creates motion graphics for original marketing video content for internal and external websites. Final product must be highly polished and reflect Infusionsoft's brand identity as the only sales and marketing software for small businesses.

Responsibilities Include:

Schedules, budgets and directs video projects
Produce/Direct and interview talent on video shoots in studio and on location
Maintains creative and technical standards for video programming
Creates polished video by editing raw camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects
Work closely with in-house Creative team to best achieve creative and messaging goals of assigned projects and complete projects on-budget and on schedule
Proactive problem solving with ability to successfully execute ideas both independently and as part of a team under creative direction
Compress, export and upload final video content in multiple industry standard formats
Candidate must be capable of leading the creative aspects of a project

Minimum Qualifications:

Fluency with current video editing software, such as Premiere or Final Cut
Fluency with current motion graphics software, such as After Effects or Motion
Familiar with multiple file formats and frame rates (both SD and HD) and working knowledge of encoding for web upload and delivery
Knowledge of and experience with interview setup and lighting design
Has demonstrated successful design and integration, and the delivery of projects on time and within the given budget
Ability to effectively work with a team, manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Ideal Qualifications:

Three plus years experience in video production, sound, lighting and cinematography
