Director, Applications Consulting
The Director, Applications Consulting will be the go to expert at ServiceSource regarding our SAAS Service Revenue solution platform and additional service solutions. Working side by side with Outside Sales Directors, Solution Design practitioners and product/solution marketing, this individual will position, demonstrate and sell our world class Service revenue management solution to installed and new customers throughout North and Latin America.
Seeking a focused professional dedicated to the advancement and extension of our SAAS platform into our customer base and into the market. The right individual must be a self-starter, partner with other sales professionals and be ready to work hard.
Demand generation/pipeline creation activities to grow market share and awareness for the SREV next generation SAAS Platform
Lead Sales Director for install and new customer pursuits that include specifically positioning the SREV Solution to customer Sales teams (non-managed service operations)
Discovery and scope assessment/fit for SREV Renew OnDemand platform solution for customers and prospects
Set up and configure specific customer demonstration structure flow and storyboarding including loading test and refinement of custom data.
Deal strategy and proposal generation for all ?SAAS platform? NALA opportunities
Support the creation of customer specific Solution value messaging content creation and refinement
Working with Solution marketing to build out Industry and Solution value content and GTM strategy
Position, demonstrate and sell Add on Applications
Install base Intelligence
Collaborate and prioritize account planning schedule with OS VPs, CD leads and Executives to plan and schedule sessions when appropriate and needed.
Other Areas of Focus
Specific Pipeline and Quota for SAAS Platform opportunities as well as Add-on application deals
Weekly and monthly reporting on solution pipeline and detailed operation updates
Collaboration with Product strategy/management for including customer and market specific requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Acknowledged authority within the market for solution presentation/demonstration and SAAS solution sales.
Provides leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology.
10+ years applicable experience preferred.
Subject matter expertise in industry/product space.
Knowledge of key industry leaders and management.
Knowledge of SAAS solutions and service revenue management.
Presentation and product demonstration experience. Previous consultative selling experience preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers.
Travel may be needed.
BA/BS degree in related field
