THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED DescriptionAs the first ad management platform dedicated exclusively to video, VINDICO allows advertisers to serve, track and measure all of their online video ad activity. Since 2006, VINDICO has been the gold standard in online video platforms, providing standardized reporting and analytics for the online video industry. The power of online video isn?t just the audiences it reaches and how it reaches them. Its strength also derives from its ability to track an ad campaign and precisely measure the campaign?s effectiveness.
Lead the creation of publisher-facing programmatic trading technologies, from inception and requirements gathering, to design, review, QA, release and marketing.
Own the roadmap for all aspects of Real-Time Bidding into exchanges, and Private Marketplaces for major Publishers. Build out phased deliverables for web and mobile offerings.
Monitor competitive offerings, and generate strategic new product ideas.
Gather requirements, and lead the definition of prioritized deliverables working hand-in-glove with internal (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product, Media Operations, Engineering, Data Warehouse, and IT), and external (Publishers, Agencies and Advertisers, and Data partners) parties.
Design solutions, track their delivery milestones by project managing dependencies with Engineering and other facets of the technical environment, QA and release your products.
Work with Product Marketing and Marketing on building collateral, produce user documentation, and train Operations and external clients on the use of the product.
Perform other duties as instructed.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
Extensive product management experience and fluency in writing Product Requirement and Design Documents (3 years).
Past success managing complex internet software development cycles, and API/spec integrations, within medium to large organizations.
Technical knowledge of online video and display advertising, and awareness of monetization concepts (2 years). Technical understanding of mobile ad serving ecosystem.
Solid understanding of Ad Networks, Exchanges, Real-time Bidding, Demand Side Platforms, Supply Side Platforms, Data Management Platforms, 2nd price auctions, 1st and 3rd party ad servers, cookies and privacy concerns, etc.
BA/BS, with degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a related discipline preferred.
Emphasis on data-driven decision making, detail-orientation, task prioritization, excellence in planning and organizing, analytical thinking and creative problem solving
Natural leadership skills, ability to influence others towards desired direction, great written communication skills, empathy, emotional maturity and team work.
