Achieve and maintain individual and team sales / performance targets.
Maintain high lead-to-sale and closing conversion ratios.
Complete daily tasks at the direction of the Sales Manager.
Desired Skills & Experience
1-2 years? experience in consultative or solution-based sales.
High energy, enthusiastic, and positive demeanor.
Ability to work with others in a sales process.
Proven record of outstanding phone etiquette and conduct.
Excellent phone skills and ability to relate with customers.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Previous SMB experience strongly preferred, but will train the right candidate.
