Director, Account Management Ramp
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Role and Responsibilities:
?Forge relationships within accounts at various management levels and across relevant functions to ensure RAMP value is communicated deeply and broadly.
?Drive adoption and best-practices implementation of RAMP product and services within accounts.
?Identify opportunities to expand service offering within accounts by discovering, positioning, and presenting value of additional RAMP solutions within accounts.
?Drive renewals, upsells, and new product sales to closure, including development of high-quality proposals.
?Maintain high level of customer satisfaction as measured by account renewal rates.
?Monitor performance of accounts, communicate trends to RAMP management and to customers, and advocate for actions that continuously grow customer KPI?s (Key Performance Indicators) and monetization opportunities.
?Lead efforts across functions to deliver timely updates, issue resolution, and new product launches within accounts.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
?3-5 years experience in account management and/or business development.
?Knowledge and experience in online multimedia, web/enterprise search, web hosting, web analytics businesses.
?Experience in technology/software sales and or media experience.
?Track record as forceful advocate for customer satisfaction. Ability to work cross functionally and to align resources to consistently deliver high levels of satisfaction.
?Knowledge of and experience in positioning SaaS (Software as a Service) and enterprise solutions to drive successful revenue growth.
?Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue quotas.
?Ability to work in a high growth, early stage company environment. Ability to manage through ambiguity and rapidly evolving market conditions.
