Director, Acquisition Marketing SailThru
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Director of Acquisition Marketing is a crucial role responsible for building, managing and optimizing Sailthru?s cross-channel customer acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will initiate, define and execute the online and offline acquisition strategy from plan development through execution, reporting on the plan's progress and status to key internal stakeholders. This role requires a high level of comfortability with data and statistics.
In addition, Sailthru?s Director of Acquisition Marketing is responsible for:
Analyzing and quantifying the performance of marketing programs
Developing cross-channel acquisition marketing programs targeting key segments with relevant offers, promotions, products and services
Distilling and providing insights for various cross-functional, internal teams and the marketing team.
Developing business cases and strategic marketing briefs to support adoption of recommended tests and programs that demonstrate increase customer satisfaction, profitability, and long term value.
Developing success metrics for programs and tests, analyzing performance, developing actionable recommendations, and integrating learnings into future strategies.
Identifying new acquisition strategies and targeting opportunities in collaboration with research and analytics teams based on factors such as overall opportunity assessment and sizing, competitive, and segment insights.
Monitoring program performance to ensure programs are achieving desired targets.
Partnering with Sailthru?s EVP of Sales to ensure successful execution of Sailthru?s acquisition marketing strategy by quantifying all acquisition marketing efforts that result in acquiring new clients/sales.
Providing actionable data and analysis to benefit key cross-functional businesses including Sales and Client services (i.e. providing useful analytics on business and customer behavior through analysis of campaign data, transactional data, customer profile data, etc.)
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven record of success developing effective marketing acquisition programs and marketing plans. Additionally, s/he will have:
7-10+ years of experience in customer acquisition marketing in a B2B capacity, preferably within the technology and/or digital space.
Successful experience building acquisition and/or online marketing teams with SEO, SEM, email marketing and display/advertising and success in establishing, implementing and optimizing innovative, cross-channel acquisition marketing strategies that resulted in quantifiable/actionable data.
Ability to thrive/succeed and enjoy working in a high-growth, fast-paced, lean start-up environment.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales and Client Services in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage insights and analytics to design, manage, and monitor marketing programs to achieve and exceed the goals and objectives of the business.
Effective at communicating with all levels of an organization, with ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
Strong strategic planning, relationship-building, problem- solving and oral/written presentation skills.
