Director, ADS Business Development Consorte Media
Position Summary:
AudienceScience needs a high impact candidate who will manage business development and strategic selling efforts to get key advertiser and agency prospects to use the AudienceScience Audience Delivery System platform. Reporting into the VP & GM of AudienceScience Gateway, he/she will provide both leadership and execution against those programs and initiatives determined appropriate to support the strategic plan of the company.
Essential Functions:
Identify and develop commercial relationships with key Advertisers, Agencies and Holding Companies to sell the benefits of our end-to-end targeting platform including all aspects of opportunity identification, qualification, pursuit and closing phases
Coordinate with other external teams (Network Sales Reps, Executives) to coordinate our prospect and customer communication and engagement
Support the Executive team as needed on company-wide business development efforts specifically related to advertisers
Develop strong relationships across digital media companies and data providers in support of advertisers, including regular travel to meet with customers and prospects, and other activities which facilitate face-to-face interaction
Be on the cutting edge of the audience targeting market, both evangelizing the key concepts and constantly refining and communicating AudienceScience requirements in accordance with current and future market trends
Communicate market requirements and feedback from clients, prospects and competitors to internal teams to educate our product strategy and solution
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Be a strong team player, motivated, assertive, self-starter with "Can-Do" attitude and mission-focus

Strong understanding and appreciation of customers needs and product knowledge based on real-world experience in the online advertising space
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (preferably in Business or Advertising) with 5+ years of experience in solutions-selling business development in the online media or related technology industries
Background with Solutions Selling or Strategic Selling environments.
