THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED In this role, you will be the key player on the Advertising Operations management team, which is responsible for all aspects of key consumer advertising initiatives. This includes the Ad Serving Platform, Inventory Management, and Campaign Management. This position will also be responsible for implementing all Rich Media, In-Game, Registration and Behavioral targeting solutions.
Manage the implementation of new ad serving platforms, ad placements, and related technologies
Manage all daily operational activities including Inventory and Campaign Management
Manage the scheduling, production, implementation, optimization and reporting of online advertising campaigns from insertion order to completion
Generate and manage detailed reports
Continually work to implement process improvement requirements.
Support the agencies, reps, networks, and customers in the implementation, optimization, customization, and reporting of online advertising campaigns.
Work with the sales team to perform post-campaign analysis to further optimize offerings, and to generate new offerings.
Work with the Director of Product Strategy to uncover and activate new remnant opportunities.
At least 7+ years advertising operations
Proven track record with managing complicated campaigns and inventories
Self-starter willing to adapt in an entrepreneurial organization
Excellent organizational, time management, communication, analytical, and presentation skills
Thorough understanding of web media formats (e.g. .gif, .jpeg, .swf, HTML, Video) and IAB formats
Experience implementing 3rd Party Tags (Atlas, MediaPlex, DFA, etc) and Rich Media ad technologies from top vendors such as Eyeblaster, PointRoll, ViewPoint, Unicast, Klipmart, etc.
Experience with a major ad serving platform such as DFP (Dart for Publishers) by DoubleClick, PMX/NMX by Right Media, OAS (Open Ad Stream) by 24/7 Real Media, AdManager by Acciptier, or AdConductor by Burst Media
Knowledgeale and proficient in the area of online advertising trends and latest research and development and related technologies
Familiar with Traffic and Audience Metrics from leading vendors such as Nielsen/Net Ratings and comScore
