Who We Want:
Bazaarvoice is looking for a Director of Agency Partnerships who will be responsible for initiating and developing partnerships with leading advertising and digital agencies. Attractive candidates are entrepreneurial, smart, hard-working, self-directed, and great relationship-builders. The mission of the Director of Agency Partnerships is to develop relationships with account and thought leaders at advertising and digital agencies, educate them and their teams on the business impact of user-generated content programs, and source and influence sales opportunities through these activities.
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree in Business or related field is beneficial.
Has 5-10 years of experience either working directly for a leading advertising or digital agency in an account capacity, or managing an agency channel or partner program for an enterprise software company.
Demonstrates strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Brings a deep understanding of both brand marketing and digital business practices and industry trends.
Ability to generate and manage an effective pipeline of sales opportunities sourced or influenced by agency partners.
Possesses a passion and energy to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Sales and Client Service team members at Bazaarvoice, and with account and practice leaders at external agency partners.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, primarily within the Midwest, and occasionally to Austin.
