Lithium Technologies is looking for a dynamic and experienced marketer to lead our field marketing efforts in the Americas. This is an outstanding position for an individual with a proven track record of innovation and success in field marketing and demand generation for SaaS companies.
What you?ll do
In this role, you will be responsible for helping Lithium meet its pipeline objectives in the Americas by creating unique marketing programs to deliver qualified leads to the sales organization and to move deals through the pipeline. Working closely with Lithium?s field sales and marketing departments, you will conceive strategies for targeted, integrated campaigns, and then execute these campaigns across the Americas.
In this role, you will have responsibility for helping Lithium meet its business objectives for industry leadership, including the following:
Develop and deliver field marketing programs for Lithium in the Americas, to deliver pipeline targets through a constant flow of inbound leads from target industries and roles
Leverage a broad mix of marketing programs to generate demand including integrated multi-touch programs, event marketing, direct marketing and web marketing.
Work closely with the Americas sales team to ensure that field programs are not only increasing early stage opportunities but also helping to mature existing pipeline through the sales process.
Set field program expected results, and measure and report on program success
Manage quarterly budget against field programs
Act as a voice of Lithium, both online and at events, articulating the Lithium story clearly and passionately to our target audiences
8+ years of progressive marketing experience in the technology industry, including team leadership experience
Experience in cloud based solution demand creation and field marketing
Proven ability to build relationships with sales, services and product marketing
Versatility in both leading and doing?this role requires strategic thinking and thoughtful execution
Strong project management and organizational skills
Superb oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to multi-task and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is extremely important
Intellectual curiosity coupled with a highly analytical approach in assessing what is working and where to drive improved performance.
High level of energy, enthusiastic team player with dedication to excellence
Bachelor?s degree required, MBA preferred
Will be based at the Lithium San Francisco headquarters with 25-40% travel
