As the expert in brand & buzz, you will lead a team to develop programs and channels to build exceptional brand awareness, expand positive perceptions, develop consistent social experiences, and create buzz-building opportunities for AtTask. You will become an expert on building consistent sustainable approaches to brand building vs. one-and done activities.
Lead a team focused on building brand & buzz across the following activities:
-Develop and execute on the all-up brand & buzz strategy to drive desired outcomes (awareness, engagement, interest, consideration?)
-Foster an environment and processes of innovation, experimentation, iterative development, to establish best practices and optimize initiatives
-Build and maintain AtTask corporate positioning, messaging, and brand strategy
-Develop and manage strategic marketing plans for key areas, including brand growth and awareness, net new sales, client renewals and expansion, and recruiting opportunities.
-Own relationship with PR agencies to drive influence
-Drive digital engagement through social channels to increase influence and action
-Develop KPIs and manage ongoing reporting to measure success through meaningful goals and clear success metrics
-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute on compelling and consistent content across all digital/social properties for launches and campaigns
-Manage the brand & buzz budget
-Monitor the social topics and provide direction to content teams on hot topics, as well as competitive activity and communications and recommend responses
-5+ years Marketing Communications experience with a B2B SaaS company (or enterprise software)
-Experience building and managing media relations, managing PR agencies for results, organizational storytelling, social media, and marketing & corporate communications
-Bachelors degree or equivalent (MBA highly desired)
-Knowledgeable in brand management, strategy and plan development
-Ability to demonstrate leadership in a highly collaborative environment and also go deep with hands-on expertise
-Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
