Job Description
Provide consulting services to guide senior executives in improving the customer experience/Net Promoter program to achieve business results.
Provide expertise in building an enterprise roadmap for driving cultural transformation, identifying areas of improvement, and driving actions to improve the customer experience.
Become an expert on the client?s business and deliver consulting engagements which may include: Executive interviews and briefings, best practice workshops, results presentations, strategic action planning workshops, communications strategy, and change management.
Proactively guide the client program success and identify additional consulting needs to achieve desired business objectives.
Manage delivery within scope and on budget.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to identify new opportunities and jointly define a strategic account development strategy.
Act as thought leader in the market to develop personal credibility and Satmetrix brand.
Participate in defining and packaging new service offerings.
Qualifications
MBA from a leading business school preferred.
Bachelors degree essential. Preferably in an analytically focused field (Mathematics, Statistics, Sciences, Operations Management, Quantitative Methods, Economics, Financial Analysis or Business Studies).
4-5 + years strategic consulting / management consulting experience
Experience with customer experience management, customer satisfaction / loyalty programs and customer feedback solutions
Ability to analyze and correlate results to customer segments and adoption metrics, divine trends and work with business stakeholders to communicate and address systemic customer satisfaction issues, including operational models for mobilizing around insights.
Experience in presentation content development and delivery at the executive level
Ability to establish and grow executive relationships that drive program adoption
Ability to utilize appropriate techniques and apply analytical rigor to structuring and solving business problems.
Ability to set and achieve challenging goals
Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction
Ability to collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow-on opportunities
Strong creativity, innovative skills to package service offerings to meet clients? needs.
Solid interpersonal skills to interface with clients and co-workers to drive buy-in and participation in new programs
Experience with enterprise software / technology solutions an advantage
Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills
Very high attention to detail and quality
Additional Information
This position will involve travel (about 30%).
All prospective employees must pass a background check.
Based on business needs, may be required to work outside the normal 40 hours week working pattern in recognition of different time zones.
