Lead search and evaluation for new opportunities in autoimmune and oncology.
Support deal execution of new collaboration agreements.
Lead negotiation and execution of academic and clinical collaborations.
Manage creation and presentations for potential partners.
Manage cross-functional teams of research, clinical, informatics, operations, and legal experts.
Monitor and analyze markets and industry in order to identify creative collaboration opportunities.
Facilitate the implementation of new collaboration agreements.
Support the business aspects of existing collaborations.
Participate in industry conferences and meetings.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a business development-associated field such as research, legal, business development or strategy.
Advanced degree (PhD, MD) required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytic and presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience negotiating agreements with large companies and institutions.
Ability to communicate technology value propositions and methods.
Experience with use oncology or immunology.
Understanding of the sales cycle and managing deal pipelines.
Financial and business acumen.
Results oriented with a willingness to take ownership and drive deals to completion.
