Brief Description
We are seeking a Director of Campaign Management, a full-time position to focus on planning, performance and execution of our member communications initiatives. This position plays an integral role in the execution and support of our communities by managing the member acquisition outreach process across various digital and conventional mediums with a significant emphasis on multi method integration. In addition, this role will collaborate with others and initiate efforts to optimize performance of community communications for appreciation and retention.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Campaign Director will champion the process and oversight of member oriented outreach. This includes selection of relevant data sets (both third party purchased as well as client provided) and the set up, execution, and analysis of communication effectiveness. This professional will work closely with internal teams including sourcing, technology, design, and editorial to co-ordinate and optimize the effectiveness of campaign work, initiating additional messaging options (i.e SMS, Facebook, etc.) and understanding overall performance inclusive of results from testing initiatives.
- You will work with vendors/clients/internal partners to outline and refine digital and offline contact and re-contact strategies to ensure optimized performance and effectiveness
- Lead and refine the continuous audit and analysis of existing campaigns and their respective components to evaluate trends, improve future recommendations, and manage communications for best results
- Recognize other untapped opportunities to drive conversion with email by researching collecting, and analyzing data, leveraging internal and external resources/data sources
- Generate and disseminate relevant reporting and internal communications to ensure that the wider team is aware of campaign performance trends and actions they can take to improve results
-Stays up-to-date with trends and best practices in email and digital messaging delivery, efficacy, and regulations.
-Leverages data to inform recommendations and implement new approaches and content to increase the number of respondents, open rates and click through rates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or other related field; MBA preferred
- Experience launching and running multichannel marketing programs
Minimum of 8 years experience with campaign creation and management
Strong leadership and problem solving skills
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Experience with global campaigns strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills
Comfort and confidence with dynamic content, segmentation, and personalization
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
Passion and curiosity with all elements of campaign management including creative design, content, testing, analysis, scheduling, etc.
Strong leadership and problem solving skills
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Proven results with global and large brand customer experience
Strong quantitative skills- comfortable with performance analysis
Superior database skills and comfort with technology
Excellent follow through and multi-tasking skills
