Responsibilities:
- Research and identify opportunities & risks within the competitive landscape in order to maintain Gilts leadership position
- Work closely with Finance & Planning to conduct analysis and clearly define a path to meeting financial objectives, as well as monitor performance against KPIs
- Define requirements, and drive Womens specific customer experience projects and work with all relevant cross-functional areas to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation
- Partner with Business Development and Marketing to ensure that customer growth and branding goals are achieved
- Work with Marketing to manage the Womens editorial calendar to continually surprise and delight our customers
Qualifications:
- Possess exceptional customer experience judgment and be incredibly analytical and creative
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with strong program and product management skills
- Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize
- Ability to problem solve in situations with multiple stakeholders and posses a can do attitude
- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams to accomplish aggressive goals
- Experience managing consumer-facing websites features
- A bachelor's degree is required. An MBA is desirable.
