Director Channel Management, Americas
Reporting to the VP Americas Sales, this position is responsible for developing and managing channel partnerships, recruiting new partners, and driving channel revenue throughout the Americas region.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee channel strategy development, operations, and management activities across the Americas region.
Provide a leadership role working with Stratus Channel Sales Managers and Account Executives to achieve partner recruitment and revenue objectives.
Develop and approve annual strategic channel partner account plans. Ensure alignment with channel strategy.
Achieve channel partner revenue objectives.
Plan, develop and deploy channel partner strategic expansion plans, and drive implementation of Americas programs.
Work with channel sales staff to ensure consistent execution of channel terms and conditions.
Maintain overall responsibility for the training and certification of channel partners.
Manage and direct executive channel relationships with Stratus Executive team.
Qualifications:
BA/BS or equivalent in Business or Marketing
8-10 years of related industry experience in marketing, channel/alliance/partner sales and end user sales
Strong experience in the selection and recruitment of ISV?s and channel partners in the following targeted industries: Financial Services, Manufacturing, Travel/Transportation/Logistics and Public Safety
Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Americas region
