Director, Client Engagement Zillow
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Zillow is looking for a leader that excels at strategy, operations, and customer engagement. We?re looking for an experienced and hands-on manager to own and execute our strategy for engaging with 30K+ paying advertisers. What?s the most effective way to engage clients? How do you get 30K+ individual businesses to use our latest and greatest features? What technologies and feedback loops should we put in place to continually monitor and improve how we engage clients? How do we deploy sales, account management, and ad operations in the most impactful way? These are just a few of the big challenges the person who takes this role will face.
Responsibilities will include creating and executing on a strategy for customer engagement. The person will also lead a team, though the person will also directly handle a large portion of the execution (if you like just managing and not ?do-ing?, this job is not for you.)
Partner with sales, ad operations, account management, and engineering to create a holistic/realistic/continually improving engine for engaging customers.
Lead a segmentation strategy for clients that feeds into the client engagement engine.
Use tools and technologies we already have, and identify new tools/processes for maximizing ROI of this effort.
Set client engagement goals, and drive towards achieving those goals.
Define, track, and disseminate key client engagement metrics via automated dashboards and visualizations.
Hungry, and excited for a fast paced, intellectually rigorous challenge
5+ years experience leading an area of client engagement (sales engineering, for example.)
Data analysis experience, including advanced knowledge of excel, and ideally a database tool/system (Access, SQL, etc.)
Bachelors degree from a top tier school preferred
Software programming experience preferred
