We are seeking an accomplished, creative, ambitious individual with proven client management skills and a consultative approach. In this role, you will proactively manage and grow multinational client brands as well as lead, nurture and professionally develop an incredible group of people.
WHO YOU ARE
You are someone who has demonstrated excellence in client relationship management. You can understand clients? business challenges and provide strategic insight, and are also great with developing process and managing details. You have excellent business writing and oral communication skills, take initiative and have experience leading teams to deliver exceptional client service. You have an undergraduate university degree in business, marketing or a related discipline and have at least 10 years of experience in a combination of client relationship management, consulting, project management and marketing and/or market research. You work best in a collaborative work environment that is focused on excellence and customer satisfaction. Most importantly, you are eager to find innovative ways to solve business challenges and looking to make a difference every day at a growing, dynamic company. You are fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this client-facing position, you are responsible for the alignment of online market research communities to clients? business objectives and priorities, and overall health and management of client accounts.
You will:
Provide high-level client and account management, serving as a consultant to clients and internal teammates to set the strategic framework, ensure the client?s objectives are met, and continually seek opportunities to improve performance
Help tailor a best-in-class community launch process to the needs of the Brazilian market and local clients? business objectives
Oversee the community management team
Provide final review of Reporting deliverables for clients
Play an integral role in the sales process, identifying and qualifying business development opportunities and winning customers
People management, coaching and mentoring of Community Managers and other team members
Establish project plans and budgets for the implementation and ongoing management of client accounts and ensure each account team is operating efficiently and profitably
Contribute to the development of best practices and localized process / service innovations

Excellent and proven project management skills

A track record of demonstrated consulting, financial management, and business development skills
Experience in marketing/market research client-side and or large Agency setting
Superior business writing, verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated experience leading teams
Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, creativity, people management, and teamwork skills
Undergraduate university degree required. Masters or advanced degree preferred
Business development experience a plus!
Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English languages (written and orally) required.
Ability to travel frequently regionally (within Brazil) and internationally occasionally
