Director - Client Services Campus Explorer
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are looking for a Director level Client Services manager. The role requires excellent leadership and communication skills with a strong problem-solving and organizational aptitude. Must be a team player, thrive in a busy environment, and welcome constant change. Responsibilities will include managing key accounts while managing a current team of 4 with an eye towards long-term scalability. The successful candidate will be able to present and instill a professional image with clients, establish efficient business processes, support client needs, grow the professional development of the team, and effectively coordinate with interdepartmental managers on new partnership and product development initiatives.
Managing key accounts from daily communications to monthly/quarterly media planning.
Managing new accounts from sales, contract, planning/forecasting, campaign build, review, and launch.
Review campaign performance and build strategy to aggressively grow campaigns.
Training, supporting, and mentoring of the Client Services Team.
Monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting client campaign performance.
Analyzing, specifying, recommending, and implementing system and process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and enhance client and team satisfaction.
Bachelor?s Degree required.
5+ years of previous supervisory or management experience.
Must be positive, professional, and organized team player.
Possess a strong customer service ethic.
Possess strong and professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be interactive with interdepartmental Managers.
Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Prior experience with "Salesforce" considered a strong plus.
