Our Client Services team plays a central role in supporting all revenue and relationship generating activity from partnering with sales on presale initiatives to supporting campaign launches and post campaign wrap-up reports. JiWire is currently seeking a Director of Client Services to join our media sales team in San Francisco. The Director is responsible for providing world-class customer service to all clients, and for setting a standard of excellence for the Client Services Department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with both agencies and direct advertisers, as well as working cross-functionally with all inter-departmental teams: AdOps, Engineering, Product, Finance, Marketing and Executives. Day to day activities include: campaign management, RFP materials and responses, driving renewal revenue, capturing and reporting KPI?s and revenue trends across clients and verticals. This position will manage a small team of Client Services Specialists and Managers and will work closely with the Director of Client Services East to ensure consistency in execution across the Client Services organization. The Director of Client Services West will report to the SVP of Sales.
Includes, but are not limited to:
Co-management of Client Services department (colleague based in NY) with personnel management of a minimum of 1 direct report
Partner with sales reps to provide compelling and differentiate solutions that support sales initiatives and RFP responses.
Provide ongoing campaign management with keen focus for optimization and performance enhancing insights
Collaborate with AdOps, Product and Marketing teams in supporting both pre and post sales efforts in delivering exceptional customer results.
Develop, package and drive post-campaign presentations to support renewal efforts
Create, share and execute campaign timelines and expectations with clients
Streamline processes ranging from pre-sales RFP flow to order management and optimization strategy
Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to company
Responsive and detailed oriented in communicating with clients
Ensure tight alignment with sales in servicing customer needs, fulfilling expectations and growing customer relationships
Be an expert in our capabilities
Creative and collaborative leader willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
5+ years digital media or mobile (+ management) experience in a marketing or strategic role with an agency, marketer or media vendor
Ability to analyze campaign reporting and make strategic optimizations to reach/improve campaign goals
Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and creating solutions
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to work with different business disciplines including technical, data, production and third-party partners
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, including business presentation experience
Ability to clearly articulate and explain emerging concepts and technologies to clients
Strong attention to detail and highly organization
Self-motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others
Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines
Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent self-management skills
Some travel required
Proficient in DART/Atlas/MediaMind and other ad-server/ad-reporting software
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business
