As a Manager/Director, Client Solutions, you will quarterback a cross-functional team responsible for Undertone?s highest value clients. During pre-sale, you will act as a strategic resource for the Sales team, helping them to identify solutions and provide subject matter expertise to win business. During post-sale, you will deliver insights-driven recommendations for future investment. Throughout the lifecycle of a client relationship, you will bring deep industry domain expertise to bear on client conversations and help advertisers match Undertone?s capabilities/resources to their needs. In short, you will expand client/agency partnerships through rigorous account management and a consultative approach to client service.
Serve as strategic resource in all aspects of assigned advertisers? business at Undertone
Assist Sales in market as subject matter expert, problem-solver and consultant
Guide Sales Planning?s during proposal development, and Client Service Managers during campaign management
Oversee development of thorough, insightful post- and cross- campaign reports to drive customer retention and growth
Track account activity to ensure Undertone revenue goals are met
Evaluate agency needs based on high level conversations with key stakeholders
Influence Product/Tech/Marketing teams? priorities based on industry expertise, client feedback and live campaign experience
8+ years of experience in advertising or management consulting
Deep understanding of the digital media industry a plus
Proven track record as a trusted advisor to clients
Ability to credibly articulate strategic insights for clients that are based on data/research
Strong skills in solution development with an toward actionable execution
Excellent listening, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Strong consultative sales skills, personable, charismatic
