The position provides the opportunity to help build a strategic inorganic business development function. This is an excellent platform for corporate development professionals to play a prominent role in shaping the future of one of the most innovative security-as-a-service companies. Be a core member of the team that helps develop strategic plan of record, analyze and execute on acquisitions, equity investments and joint ventures. More specifically:
Assist in building a pipeline for acquisition candidates
Research multiple sources for company, industry and market information
Analyze company financial statements
Prepare valuation analyses using various methodologies to triangulate on value
Lead business and financial due diligence activities on selected M&A targets
Quarterback a proposed transaction working with various internal departments and company executive management.
Requirements:
Outstanding individual and team performer in a leading corporate development role in a technology company
8 years of corporate development / M&A experience gained either in a corporate development function or an investment bank
Excellent spreadsheet and presentation development skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills (e) MBA from Top-tier school
