1Provide management and leadership delivering projects and operational support for CRM solutions to support growth and evolution of the Sunrun business processes. Manage the interactions with executives of business departments to understand requirements and priorities and ensure delivery and quality of service. Recruit, on-board, and lead your team of analysts and developers to meet or exceed business users? expectations for functionality, timeliness and quality.
Consistently understand business needs and contribute solutions, benchmarks, examples, best practices and out-of-the-box thinking to deliver on those needs.
Essential s1Job Requirementse1
7 years experience as an Information Systems Manager, IT Project Manager, Application Developer, Systems Analyst, or in a related occupation.
Minimum 4 years of Salesforce experience at PM or Solution Architect level designing, implementing and improving business processes across a portfolio of concurrent initiatives in the application environment.
Proven track record of managing and delivering small to medium scale implementations, conversions, upgrades and enhancements from requirements elicitation and proposal creation through implementation to acceptance testing, deployment and adoption.
Experience meeting and presenting to CxO, VP and Director levels and communicating with both technical and non-technical personnel.
Ability to influence business teams to adopt best practices as part of their business process.
Experience establishing procedures both within your team and across IT to ensure compliance, productivity, timeliness and quality.
4-year degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
Experience with a mix of on-premise and hosted systems.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage strong teams and promote a cooperative work environment.
Experience/Certification/ Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a must.
