Title: Director, Customer Retention Marketing
Viggle is looking for a Customer Retention Marketing Director to optimize the customer lifecycle and maximize customer lifetime value. S/he is responsible for developing and executing a well-defined marketing strategy to drive customer retention and meet company active user goals.
Define, develop, implement & optimize the CRM/lifecycle marketing strategy for Viggle customers to maximize engagement and customer lifetime value
Build customer centric programs with relevant communication strategy (in-app messaging, push notifications, emails, etc) based on lifecycle and app engagement behaviors
Partner with design and edit teams to drive appropriate look-and-feel and messaging across all communication platforms (in-app, email, etc.)
Partner with Analytics team to define, track, analyze key customer metrics/KPIs; recommend product, UI, UX changes to optimize metrics
Conduct customer segmentation and propose unique life cycle strategies and communications for each segment
Develop and manage promotion calendar based on customer profile segmentation that takes into account lifecycle behavior
Develop and execute programs and strategies to retain, engage and grow our most profitable active users
Plan promotional tests, measure results and execute improvements to increase efficiency of customer marketing efforts.
Partner with internal cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Acquisition, Partner Marketing) to ensure a quality user experience.
Develop direct-to-consumer communication strategy for new feature launches.
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or Economics.
7+ years of related CRM/lifecycle marketing experience.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Demonstrated focus on end-to-end customer experience, increasing the likelihood that customers become advocates
Experience with marketing channels including email, mobile and social
Sophisticated understanding of customer marketing in the context of mobile apps.
A highly analytical mind and a meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative and drive resources and energy to an opportunity
