Jive is seeking a Sr. Manager, Customer Value Desk to lead to help Jive prospects and customers develop business cases that quantify value derived from using Jive. They will be the owner of the ROI model and customer facing deliverables. The individual will evangelize the use of data and tools by customer facing teams (pre-sales, sales & customer service teams) as well as act as an expert for more complex customer proposals. This is an opportunity to shape the value-selling strategy at Jive, which is pivotal to the company?s strategy. This is a highly visible role inside Jive and with our top customers and prospects.
The successful candidate will be committed to the needs of the field and obsessed with helping customers quantify business impact. We are looking for a creative, self-directed and experienced individual with a background in analytics as well as comfortable presenting to an executive audience.
Specific responsibilities include:
Manage Jive?s business value desk
Development and on-going maintenance of ROI models, database and tools
Enablement of sales, pre-sales and strategy consulting teams
Engage in client business case development projects, including presentations to Sr. Executives.
Discover additional metrics to be used to quantify business value
o Customer indexes, competitive indexes
o Industry specific measurements and benchmarks
o Jive customer survey data
Advocate with marketing team on how to best use the aggregate data in a way to generate consideration for Jive in our marketing campaigns. This includes providing metrics to be used in marketing materials, customer case studies and industry presentations
Required expertise and skills:
Education in finance, accounting and statistical analysis (MBA required)
Experience in working directly with customers in consultative role, or within a value engineering team
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to executive level buyers
7-10 years professional experience
