We want someone who has incubated in a solid marketing organization and is now ready to make their mark. This could be your ?break-out? role. You need to have 6+ years of demonstrated success in inbound & outbound marketing. You need to be prepared to tell us stories about how you?ve used great content and solid digital tactics to draw prospects in. This is 70% doing and 30% strategy role.
The 451 Group owns and operates 451 Research, a leading technology-industry syndicated research and data firm focused on the business of enterprise IT innovation, Uptime Institute, an independent provider of thought leadership, certification, education and professional services for the global data center and emerging Digital Infrastructure industry, and Yankee Group, the preeminent research and advisory firm equipping companies to profit in a mobile world.
For this role, it?s not so much about leading a communication strategy, it?s about utilizing all of the excellent content that we already have at our company to attract a wider audience than our current client base. We want someone that will be able to find the places where prospective customers are actively discussing issues that we are experts in: Cloud Computing, Datacenters, Internet Security, Software-defined anything. Can you optimize our site around key issues so that we get quality leads? Can you take our marketing infrastructure and hone it into an inbound marketing machine that generates quality leads?
This position requires an in-depth knowledge and track record of measurable success & be responsible for all inbound/outbound communications across a broad marketing mix spectrum including:
Experience / Key Skills Required
?Minimum of six years marketing experience.
?Experience using the full inbound/outbound marketing mix, including email campaigns, webinars, social media, SEO marketing, direct mail, and telemarketing.
?Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Marketo, Exact Target systems a plus
?Experience of working on global campaigns a plus
?Skilled in social network event marketing such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
?Excellent copy writing skills
?Strong Writing Skills
?Social Media and Mobile
?Experience with global PR
