Reporting to the VP of Corporate Marketing, Lithium is looking for an expert in digital strategy to lead Lithium?s global web presence. You should have a track record for creatively executing digital programs and managing web properties that will help encourage and embrace participation with Lithium?s target audience. Your affinity and enthusiasm for social media and web communication strategies will provide Lithium customers & prospects plus other industry professionals with an understanding on the value for Lithium?s solutions.

What You?ll Do
The Director of Digital Strategy provides in-depth understanding of internal and external factors which affect Lithium's digital presence including community engagement. They will define digital vision, strategy and solutions that address business challenges, user needs, and web marketing goals. They are a visionary leader with exceptional collaboration abilities, who will leverage business and customer insights, then executes with high standards and outstanding teamwork. This role interfaces heavily with the marketing team and executive leadership to deliver a global, digital roadmap.
The Director also provides project management direction, serves as strategic lead in a complex environment and the hands-on execution to coordinate critical production and maintenance of the digital properties. They should also actively participate in industry groups, speak at industry events when appropriate, and publish thought leadership to the management team and across the global Lithium offices.
Lead Lithium's digital strategic planning with a particular focus on business goal analysis, differentiated experiences, brand awareness, and long-term vision.
Provide strategic direction for integrated customer and brand experience for Lithium.com and the Lithium customer community (the Lithosphere) including consistent collaboration with Lithium?s community management teams.
Develop innovative concepts, create compelling design solutions and follow through to final delivery on a wide variety of B2B and B2C marketing projects
Consult with other business owners for how Lithium related properties (Twitter, Vimeo, Facebook, YouTube, Glassdoor, Linkedin, Google +, etc.) are integrated to the .com experience.
Strategize and direct video presentation of content in Lithium.com and Lithosphere community, work with the marketing team to determine best usage and syndication.
Maintain highly productive relationship with Lithium?s executive, marketing, and global sales teams. Utilize reporting and measurement methodology to keep all related teams updated on business objectives and project status.
BA/BS degree with 10+ years of web, corporate, and product marketing experience, either at an agency or corporate in-house.
Deep understanding of online marketing strategies with ability to identify and implement emerging web and interactive branding techniques.
Advanced web technology skills are essential including HTML, working with Content Management Systems, Marketing Automation, & Google Analytics.
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal professionally with the sales and marketing teams, and external vendors, partners, customers, and industry analysts.
Superb communication, writing, editing, presentation, and project management skills. Visual thinker with track record of delivering exceptional digital properties.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com campaigns, lead capture, and lead nurturing techniques. Self-motivated, curious, dedicated to excellence, and driven to succeed.
Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize projects and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, organized, and strives for flawless execution.
US travel requirement and potentially international travel.
