As the Expert Services Lead you will manage the Expert Services team members and daily operations. In this role, you will ensure the success of the team through high quality deliverables, the ability to execute on Expert Services initiatives, and impactful interactions with other internal teams.
?Define Expert Services scope and interactions with other Services Product Lines
?Establish baseline structure for Expert Services practices to be built upon
?Develop tools and templates to support Expert Services offerings
?Develop the right skill mix on team based on current demand and pipeline
?Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Expert Services team
?Monitor billable utilization with the objective to meet targets
?Establish a pipeline and drive new business with Sales team and Regional Directors
?Allocate resources appropriately to Expert Services initiatives both internal and external
?Ensure customer satisfaction and high quality deliverables of Expert Services work
?Monitor progress towards revenue and booking targets
?Work with management to build budgets and forecasts for Expert Services
?Identify and develop new Expert Services offerings based on customer demand and new product launches
?Evangelize Expert Services work internally and externally including success stories, new offerings, and recent activity.
