The Director, Field Enablement is responsible for rolling out programs and initiatives to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales team while minimizing disruption to Sales? day-to-day world. This role is responsible for working with key internal stakeholders to organize and contribute to projects impacting sales operations, managers and representatives. This role supports our fast-moving sales organization and will be a critical part of our internal operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute program plans for sales tool and process enhancements.
Build relationships and coordinate with internal teams in order to meet deadlines
Facilitate feedback sessions and draft necessary reports to show progress in meeting deadlines.
Coordinate with other Sales Support teams to create an even pace of new initiative rollouts.
Support other program management needs within the Sales Support group
Contribute ideas to support and grow a world-class sales team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
5-7 years in direct sales, sales management and sales support functions; experience selling to small businesses is preferred
Organizational skills with an attention to detail and project management are critical
An engaging personality with proven ability to build and maintain working relationships with a wide variety of executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners
Exceptional ability to multi-task
Proficient in MS Office including Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, creative, flexible, and adaptable to new situations
Think strategically in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing to meet deadlines
