We are currently seeking to fill a critical and highly visible leadership role for our Supplier Industrialization and Quality team. This team is responsible for securing all material purchased from Tesla's suppliers and ensuring is delivered according to the highest automotive standards. This position requires deep core competence in modern quality assurance methodology, a full understanding of supplier critical manufacturing process and the ability to lead a team of highly qualified engineers. In this position you will manage our supplier quality assurance process, from selecting and evaluating potential new suppliers, and working with engineering in order to secure producible specifications, to securing that the suppliers are running volume production with highly capable processes. You must be the link between our suppliers capabilities and our engineering requirements.
