Director, Global Talent Acquisition Clarabridge
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As the Director, Global Talent Acquisition, you will create and execute global talent acquisition strategies to drive a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting operation. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, you will partner closely with business leaders to understand and determine how to best support their hiring needs. Your role goes beyond getting good people in the door and meeting our hiring goals. Where you add significant value is through identifying ways to further optimize the hiring process and its effectiveness and to reinforce the Clarabridge brand as a top employer. Under your leadership, the recruiting organization will build upon its solid reputation for finding great talent and providing excellent customer service and transform into a data-driven organization, known for high-quality and efficient metrics capture and reporting.
Define and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy for Clarabridge stakeholders Build and cultivate the professional growth of the Talent Acquisition team, continually improving processes and defining metrics for the function
Drive workforce planning and capacity planning, optimize team to deliver against hiring demands while ensuring productivity targets are met
Monitor headcount execution planning and forecasting
Drive operational excellence within the team
Build and optimize agency engagements on a need basis across the organization
Consistently achieve team goals, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire and cost-per-hire metrics
Deliver global talent acquisition strategies and robust candidate pipelines for all Clarabridge businesses tracks and markets.
Maximize the capabilities of a robust Applicant Tracking System
Subject Matter Expert in creative sourcing techniques and a thought leader in the talent acquisition space
Knowledge of latest and greatest sourcing tools
Analyze sourcing channels, social platforms and advertising effectiveness and track/utilize metrics to maximize sourcing efforts.
You have 10+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent, preferably in the technology industry
You have at least 5 years of experience in successfully building and leading teams
You are a relationship builder focused on candidate experience and customer service within a high-touch HR team
You are creative problem-solver who is always focused on positivity and growth
You are a hands-on leader who enjoys meeting, interviewing and recruiting top-notch technology talent
You are an entrepreneur who has a sense of urgency and thrives in fast-paced high-growth environment
You have a proven track record of successfully building and managing recruiting teams for a hyper-growth technology company
You are well-versed in present day recruiting challenges with technical and non-technical talent around the globe
You have experience working and partnering with cross-functional business leaders in all disciplines and delivering against business goals
You have experience building talent acquisition campaigns for hard-to-fill roles and locations
You have a bachelor?s degree from an accredited university
