As Silverlink continues to innovate in designing and marketing industry leading communication solutions that
motivate positive health decisions of individuals, we are seeking a Director, Healthcare Solutions, reporting to the
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Solutions. This individual will lead the management of the existing solutions
portfolio and drive the development of new population health and member engagement solutions aimed at the
Commercial (group and individual), Medicare and Medicaid markets.
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate product marketing management leader with deep healthcare market
expertise in managed care (product and market knowledge) and population health, including deep expertise in
Quality (HEDIS, CAHPS, Adherence, HOS). This person will play a proactive role in healthcare communications
solutions visioning, market analysis, solution planning, concept design, positioning, packaging and solutions
The role also involves extensive client support as a subject matter expert (SME) for large client opportunities and
partner development, working with our Vice President of Business Development to ensure that solutions are
category leaders. This position will partner with a team that includes other solutions marketing staff focused on
engagement solutions for specific segments of the healthcare market.
? Team with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, Service Delivery and Product
Management to define, develop, market, sell and deliver winning technology-driven healthcare
communications solutions focused on population health, and member engagement outcomes (quality
metrics, preventive health, condition management, clinical monitoring, adherence, risk assessment,
wellness programs, health program experience, etc.) and related areas.
? Lead cross-functional teams to design and drive the overall solution set that best resonates with our
clients in support of Medicare, Commercial and Medicaid markets.
? Perform healthcare market research and competitive analysis to inform solutions direction. Maintain
understanding of key market drivers, issues and players in assigned projects and/or markets.
? Provide solution-specific consulting and thought leadership SME support to Sales and Service Delivery
teams as part of sales opportunity development and complex implementations.
? Develop solutions launch plans and collaborate with Marketing on lead generation programs, marketing
communications/sales materials, sales and service training and development of PR opportunities
? Assist service delivery team with healthcare communications research, content for consumer-oriented
communications to enable standardization of key solutions frameworks and packages
? Partner with Product Management and Service Delivery to communicate technology product
enhancements critical to delivering solutions value
? Master?s degree in public health or health administration (MPH, MHA, MBA); clinical background a plus,
? 8-10 years? experience in managed care plans and/or technology and service businesses selling to MCOs
? Passion for driving solutions that make a difference in the healthcare decision making of consumers and
the key outcome metrics for payers, providers and PBM
? Deep domain experience in the healthcare market, managed care/insurance products and population
? Strong consultative skills working with executive level clients as a senior SME in support of large
? Track record demonstrating strong contribution to health solutions innovation and growth of healthcare
products and services
? Significant knowledge of Quality indicators, key metrics and their influence in the payer and provider
environments?HEDIS, Adherence, CAHPS, HOS, Star, etc. for the Commercial (group and individual),
Medicare, Medicaid and provider-side markets
? Extensive healthcare product marketing experience---visioning, healthcare market and population health
research, solutions packaging, value positioning, sales training and tools development
? Strong ability to ?relate to the consumer experience? of healthcare communications and innovate to
drive healthcare communications solutions and dynamic approaches that work for segments and
? Management experience and a collegial management style
? Excellent written and oral communications skills?client-facing and internal
