Our HR function is expanding and we are looking to add a Director, Human Resources (HR) to work as a strategic business partner to our Chief Revenue Officer. As part of the leadership team for Sales and Service, the Director, HR will play a highly visible role in the ongoing development of Undertone ? both from an structural and an employee perspective. Additionally, this individual will be instrumental in the ideation and development of key HR programs, processes, and approach.
Provide thoughtful and effective coaching on people management and organizational issues while working alongside client groups to define workforce strategy and operational plans
Guide leadership on functional matters such as compensation design and application, performance management, etc.
Oversee goal setting, development planning, and performance appraisals, while partnering with Sales and Sales Support organizations to ensure value added application for the function
Administer processes, provide training, and monitor compliance
Enhance culture through employee discussions, exit interviews, manager feedback, employee survey results, turnover analysis, etc. while identifying opportunities to improve results
Manage employee relations issues / investigations / guide conflict resolution
Partner with other HR leaders to ideate and improve key HR programs
Be a role model and representative of the Undertone culture both internally and externally
Profile and Experience:
A minimum of 7 years progressive HR experience
A minimum of 3 years in a generalist or HRBP role
A minimum of a Bachelor?s degree required; Master?s degree preferred
PHR / SPHR certification desirable
Ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly evolving environment
Previous experience exerting strong influence on key constituents while acting as a trusted advisor and coach
Proven knowledge in employment law, including regulatory compliance, terminations and EEOC claims
Experience in a fast-paced sales environment with command of sales compensation principles preferred
