The Director, HR will partner with the Health Assistant Center and Support teams on employee relations issues, career coaching, leadership development, HR infrastructure, performance enablement, compensation planning and analytics.
S/he will support the development and nurturing of Accolade?s employees. To be successful in this role, the Director will need to have strong foundational HR knowledge, experience in employee relations, HR analytics, performance management, career pathing, employee mentoring programs, onboarding, workforce planning, organizational design, recruiting, retention strategies and engagement.

Partner with employees across Accolade to build and maintain HR practices that most effectively enable the success of our employees in serving our clients.
Has a strong process mindset while also ensuring HR practices are easy to access for our employees.
Strong organizational design and effectiveness focus.
HRIS migration responsibilities
Leadership development design and delivery capability.
Develop and maintain intelligent HR data and analytics.
Compensation design and management.
Ad hoc recruiting as necessary.
Embraces our Learn2 approach and over time ensures it is incorporated into personal style.
Serves as the Voice of the Employees to the organization. Advocates on behalf of our employees to meet their needs in partnership with meeting the needs of our clients.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to work as a business partner with employees and business leaders to aggressively support their organizational priorities.
Considerable experience in employee relations.
Compensation planning, benefits consultation and payroll knowledge.
Organizational design and performance enablement.
Excellent leadership, prioritization, negotiation and collaboration skills
12-15+ years operational HR experience
Ability to work in a growth environment with rapidly changing priorities
Knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Demonstrated strategic planning and change management experience
Experience building high performing organizations and robust infrastructures
