Caradigm is looking for a leader of the Identity and Access Management Services group.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Managing strong customer relationships, including owning Executive alignments and leading customer communication and escalation workflows
? Owning IAM product reviews, and leading approval for IAM product solution scope
? Sales support, including solution packaging, solution pricing, and pre-sales assistance through prospect engagement
? Marketing, including press release content and overall conference and webinar presence
? Design and implementation of process alignment across the Solutions group
? Talent and retention management, people management
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? BS or MS/MBA degree
? 10+ years Healthcare experience (Clinical experience a plus)
? 10+ years Services experience including implementations, support, customer relations
? Experience with identity and access management solutions
? Track record of financial management and achieving financial targets in excess of $15M USD annually in revenue
? Proven experience in pricing, contract management and financial controls
? Ability to travel (65%)
? Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment with demonstrated Program/Project management skills
? Excellent written and oral presentations skills
