Director, Indoor Implementation ExteNet Systems

Responsibilities

Oversees the design, installation and deployment of indoor DAS networks that provide Cellular, PCS, AWS, Wi-Max, LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g wireless LAN for enterprise applications, two-way radio for facilities management, first-responder radio for fire, police and EMT personnel and Wireless Service Providers.
Interacts with sales and customer representatives to determine RF coverage requirements and design needs as well as work with engineers to complete RF surveys to determine propagation characteristics.
Interacts with various interdepartmental resources to develop coverage prediction analysis for proposed designs and develops cost estimates and implementation schedules for proposals.
Manages the overall implementation process by defining project scope, budget & schedule and tracks/communicates milestone completion progress to customers on a weekly basis utilizing tools such as MS Project and MS SharePoint.
Responsible for installing and commissioning newly deployed systems by ensuring on-site quality management on installations and optimal system performance after integration.
Tests and troubleshoots any system related issues as needed using test software platforms such as Agilent Nitro and MapInfo.
Works with the technical support staff to address and solve problems to customer?s satisfaction.
Ensures the proper packaging & documentation of close-out packages for the customer delivery and ensures all customer inquiries are addressed after project completion.

Requirements

BS in Electrical Engineering & 2 years experience as either RF Field Engineer or job offered.
Will accept any job title so long as background includes design & testing of DAS networks; management of DAS Telecommunication projects & tracking various project milestones; use of test software platforms including Agilent Nitro, Atoll, MapInfo, TEMS, Invex 3G & Nemo & iB Wave.
Nationwide travel required.
