Director, Information Security Clarabridge

The Information Security Director will be responsible for reviewing, improving, implementing and maintain the Clarabridge security program as it relates to its data and information technology resources; including the company-wide security policy and all projects related to its implementation. The security program will cover areas such as:
Awareness and Training
Password and Authentication
Physical and Environmental
Third Party and Business Associates
Network and Systems Operations
Mobile Computing and Telecommuting
Systems Acquisition, Development and Maintenance
Internet and Email
Retention, Archiving and Disposal
Business Continuity Planning
Ensure the improvement, documentation and presentation of security education, awareness and training activities for all Clarabridge personnel
Work closely with the IT team to ensure that security policy is being implemented
Ensure that periodic self-inspections of the security program are conducted and that corrective action is taken for all identified findings and vulnerabilities
Coordinate investigations of security violations or security incidents
Conduct and periodically update a comprehensive risk analysis to determine the security threats to the data and information technology resources of the company
Act as a liaison to prospective and current customers during security audits and reviews as part of the sales process, implementation phase and audits of Clarabridge hosted environments.
Prepare the company for industry recognized audit and certification as appropriate to support new business areas and regulatory requirements
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent
Five years of related experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Deep familiarity with industry standards in information security, such as NIST or ISO
Knowledge and understanding of technology and data security related laws and public policy
Security certification such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Advanced Information Security (AIS) Certification
