The Senior Manager of International Sales Strategy will work with our international stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute new sales programs focused on revenue optimization and growth. The key priority will be to support and enable our international sales leaders to build and maintain world-class sales organizations with winning cultures. In addition to exceptional sales management and sales ops experience and knowledge, the ability to understand business needs, partner and work alongside international colleagues to flawlessly execute, project manage, and prioritize efforts will be critical.
Develop and facilitate sales programs working with country sales leadership to drive sales results
Partner with International Sales Team Leadership and stakeholders to prioritize needs
Coordinate program rollout with international sales ops leaders including customized sales initiatives, tools, and collateral and be accountable for successful adoption and execution
Leverage North American and International sales management to document and share best practices and implement new programs to drive incremental revenues
Manage and prioritize in-bound requests from International sales teams
Provide support to product expansion launches into International countries
8+ years of experience managing sales or sales ops teams selling to small businesses in high activity environments, preferably at a global company
Self-starter, self-motivated, creative, adaptable to new situations and environments, and ready to have big impact within international sales organizations
Knowledge and ability to implement successful sales programs
Ability and to travel internationally for medium-term engagements (up to 4 months) to enable/facilitate/support/lead international sales programs and go-to-market strategies
Build consensus among country teams and influence decision making within senior-level audiences
Lead execution against recommendations quickly and with flawless accuracy
Demonstrated time and project management skills and multi-tasking abilities are required
Strong analytical skills with at least intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools
Ability to travel at least 60% of time to LivingSocial offices around the world and integrate seamlessly into international work environments
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field
