Director, Merchant Sales BillShrink

Position Objectives:

BillShrink is looking for an individual who is passionate about sales, advertising and the opportunity to build a business. You should have a proven track record of exceeding quota in a fast-paced sales environment, as you will play a significant role in BillShrinks growth and revenue generation objectives through direct sales. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle associated with adding new, high quality Fortune 500 and national Retail advertisers. BillShrink is looking for an individual who is passionate about sales, advertising and the opportunity to build a business.



Responsibilities:

Execute BillShrinks sales strategy and meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Develop and accurately forecast a robust sales pipeline by cultivating contacts through outbound contact.

Design customized campaign solutions for each client.

Manage client relationships to ensure that marketing campaigns deliver exceptional results and that clients receive a return on their investment. Engage clients to conduct follow-up campaigns and deepen their relationship with BillShrink.

Work effectively with all functions (IT, finance, product development, marketing, and business development) across BillShrink to close and execute marketing campaigns and meet BillShrinks overall corporate objectives.



Qualifications:

BS or BA

5-10 years of relevant experience

Experience in direct and syndicated digital advertising sales and campaign management with national brands and networks

Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets at a high-growth company

Deep customer focus and ability to articulate market needs

Strong analytical skills, and experience using data in decision-making

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Expertise in PowerPoint and Salesforce CRM

Energetic, creative, intelligent, and willing to take initiative

Start-up experience is a plus

Consumer Loyalty Program knowledge is a plus.
