Summary:This position is responsible for managing MidCap US services activities for all customer projects. Candidate must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced company; have proven communication and organizational skills; and be willing and able to focus on both internal and external customer service to meet business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Establish and maintain direct relationships with customer management, ensure communication is open and smooth.
Run day-to-day services activities and oversee all deliverables.
Plan and develop services metrics, tracking tools, to ensure all services activities are under tight control.
Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management and resourcing of multiple Oil and Gas software implementations, data conversions and various other services offerings.
Consistently increase services revenue by crafting new service offerings, adjusting the pricing model and providing stellar customer services to drive recurring revenue.
Joint business development with Sales to support license sales and PS technical/solution services
Manage Professional Services agreements, estimates, pricing, customer presentations & Statements Of Work
Leadership, development and managing/hiring a team of 10 - 12 functional and technical services consultants
Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.
Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives, and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in a related field.
3 ? 5 years of management experience.
Oil and Gas Industry experience.
