The product management, strategy and corporate development group leads Arbor's organic and inorganic product strategy as well as business development alliances and strategic partnerships to execute general product and go-to-market strategy for both its service provider and enterprise business. The group is primarily responsible for leading and executing these efforts, including identifying, evaluating, and structuring partnerships and mergers and acquisition transactions. Such transactions also include partnerships/relationships required to bring new products to market.
The Director, Mobile Service Provider Sales and Business Development will play the lead role in supporting Arbor's GTM efforts for its new Mobile Network Security solution sold and deployed within the Service Provider Market. The Director will be responsible for: 1) Identification of key partnerships and alliances required to successfully bring the mobile solution to market: 2) defining go-to-market strategy and execution of such while working closely with the service provider sales team; 3) execution of partnership agreements to consummate go-to-market partnership; 4) working closely with product management to refine and define future product releases; 5) assisting SVP in developing and delivering executive level and industry presentations to executives and industry influencers.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years experience in sales and/or business development fields with expertise in selling into mobile carriers and/or mobile infrastructure providers. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales quota and/or business development targets. Transaction experience in the mobile telecom equipment or mobile network security industry is required. Excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills.
