Director, Network Operations Center Echopass

Position Description: The Director, Network Operations Center (NOC) position is responsible for deploying, supporting and optimizing all the deployed services and devices within the production data center environment for Echopass Corporation. Responsibilities also include implementing, supporting, and upgrading systems tools and applications utilized in the support of the production platform. Personnel responsibilities will include Network Engineering, CTI, Genesys Engineering and Administration, and Systems Administration. This position is located in Salt Lake City, UT.
Requirements:
BSCS and 3 or more years of related experience with 3 years in personnel management and experience in a performance role; 2+ years enterprise data center supporting 500+ devices, and 2+ years project management experience
Demonstrated experience deploying required patch and firmware upgrades in a 24/7 production environment
Strong understanding of Microsoft networking operating systems, routing protocols, topologies, security, disaster recovery, and elimination of single points of failure
Solid experience implementing scalable and highly available disaster recovery solutions.
Strong understanding of data center implementation and support best practices
Knowledge of Intermediate Networking Concepts, familiarity with SAN Concepts and familiarity with VOIP and Unified Communications Concepts
Position requires inherent knowledge of production cloud services operations and technology services requirements
Prior experience managing performance metrics for platform performance and stability
Previous Project Management skills delivering projects to specified timelines
Previous experience executing service to define strategies and priorities
Responsibilities:
Position will have personnel management responsibility for Network Engineering, CTI, Genesys Engineering and Administration, Systems Administration, and Database Administration and will be responsible for career development and training for these roles
Ensure cloud services performance to defined customer SLA requirements
Drive communication standards through the organization by relating business impact to technical activities when resolving issues or deploying projects
Deliver engineering, planning and implementation of enterprise-wide networking infrastructure
Create metrics and provide statistical analysis regarding capacity and performance of technical systems and how they may impact future business decisions and projects. Create and maintain documentation and procedures which define the operability of the production data center infrastructure
Develop and implement plans for expansion and growth to ensure 24x7, highly available, scalable, and high performing systems
Provide ongoing career development mentoring and leadership expertise in supporting the Echopass production cloud services platform
Create and correctly assign service tickets to ensure effective workflow and problem resolution in Service Delivery
Problem identification, resolution, and root cause analysis of infrastructure issues
