Director of Acquisitions CTI Towers

Reports to: CEOBackground: CTI Towers, Inc. presently owns 150 wireless towers across the United States and has the exclusive management agreement for the towers owned by the nation's largest cable operator. CTI is seeking to accelerate the growth of the company by acquiring third party towers through traditional and non-traditional processes. We are seeking a candidate that has been involved in tower acquisitions and is a motivated, self-starter. The successful candidate must be proficient in the development of pro-formas showing the cost/benefit analysis of each potential acquisition. All potential tower acquisitions will need the approval of the company's Board of Directors.
Responsibilities: Drive company's growth through tower acquisitions; establishment of relationships with all tower industry brokers; develop relationships with other tower companies and non-standard tower companies to position CTI to be in the mix for tower acquisitions. Further responsibilities include developing relationships across the United States with tower development companies with a build-to-flip strategy.
Other Duties: Seeking new tower build opportunities including procuring options on properties with upside potential for new tower development.
Salary: Commensurate with experience, combination base salary, commissions, bonus
