Director of Advertising Technology Sales ZEDO
Job Overview
The Director of Advertising Technology Sales is responsible for the sale of ZEDO's advertising technology products and services to premium publishers. Products include ad network optimization, ad serving, custom rich media format for publishers, outsourced ad ops and a self service platform. This individual will be involved in the development of relationships, scheduling meetings, and closing contracts with premium publishers.
Responsibilities
Lead generation from personal research and contacts.
High-level direct client calls and meetings with publishers especially premium publishers.
Close contracts with new customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with senior level executives of the regions most important and strategic clients and prospects.
Provide a motivating environment for other team members.
Develop and enhance ZEDO's reputation in the region as the leading Advertising Technology Partner for Publishers.
Represent the Company at ad:tech and other industry events.
Skill Sets
Thorough knowledge of sales.
History of being a leading sales rep closing more deals than other team members and competitors.
Familiar with Internet publishers and their needs.
Possess strong communication (both verbal and written).
Exchanges information with others clearly and concisely internally and externally.
Thorough knowledge of the Internet.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
A demonstrated ability to understand and keep abreast of technology developements.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
Ability to work in a highly competitive and dynamic sales environment.
Ability to respond to frequent pressure to meet deadlines when work speed and responsiveness are paramount.
Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers.
