Director of Alliances Emptoris

Directors of Alliance and Channels Rest of World (ROW) will report to the Vice President Global Alliances and Channels. This role will be responsible for maintaining and developing third party relationships that directly enhance the value of Emptoris solutions in targeted global regions. He / she will be accountable for generating revenue from these partners and channels by coordinating and executing a go-to-market plan with the help of a cross functional team including services, marketing, development and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an alliance and partner strategy for ROW market entry and global system integrator strategic partners.
- Analyze global market opportunities, recruit and sign new partners and develop Go-To-Market plans and strategies with new partners
- Drive Partners enablement activities related to pre-sales, sales and implementation
- Build relationships and develop strong value propositions that will enable prospective and existing partners to bring Emptoris solutions to their customers
- Establish bonds with key players such as IBM Business Consulting Services and Procurement/ BPO organizations to understand needs and opportunities for Emptoris.
- Facilitate the training of new partners and provide field sales support to help secure business whenever required.
- Manage sales reporting systems to track alliance and partner progress and goal attainment
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of alliance strategy and drive sales.
