osition DescriptionStart-up in social network analytics is looking to fill the position of Director of Analytics.
Activate Networks is an analytical company formed by Harvard University researchers performing cutting-edge research in the dynamics of social networks. Activate Networks provides top-level analysis and intervention-targeting to a wide range of customers. Opportunities for publishing in both peer-reviewed and trade journals will be available. Qualified applicants will have a graduate degree and be able to demonstrate strong skills in multivariate regression analysis and data management with large and diverse data sets. Experience with health care data is a plus. Desired qualities include strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail. Expert use of Stata, R, or network graphing software is highly valued. Experience with social network analysis preferred but not required. Applicants should be able to write and present client-ready research reports.
