Director of Busines Development, Cloud Security ClearPoint Metrics

Position Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, this new role will be responsible for the execution and management of strategic and OEM partnerships for our cloud based security solutions, nCircle Benchmark and PureCloud. Complementary partnerships are critical to the success and growth of both product lines. This role will work with a cross functional team to execute the partnership plan and help build a profitable new business through a thriving ecosystem of PureCloud and Benchmark partners.
Key Responsibilities
Evangelize nCircle cloud solutions to complementary Security and IT companies
Identify key target partnership segments and build corresponding value propositions
Recruit PureCloud and Benchmark partners including managing the contract negotiation process
Execute against PureCloud and Benchmark strategic partner recruitment goals
Collaborate with other departments to ensure all operational and technical components and processes are in place to support partnerships
Manage and grow key partner relationships
Ensure efficient and effective partner launch, marketing, advertising and promotional planning
This is a revenue generating position with a significant portion of compensation plan based around revenue attainment
Establish and maintain a reporting process to provide visibility into partner recruitment and revenue forecast
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
7-10 years senior level Business Development and/or Sales experience in a high tech environment.
Proficiency in OEM business models, recruitment and negotiations
Strong proficiency in Security ecosystem and technologies
Good understand of Cloud go-to-market strategy and business models
Experience building or selling products in a start-up or early stage environment
The ability to evangelize a new solution inside and outside the company
Demonstrated success in prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communications and information technology knowledge
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment where action, initiative and tenacity are prerequisites to performing well
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Ability to analyze and understand the financial drivers of partnerships
Strong business and financial skills
Excellent written and oral communications
Strong technical aptitude
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
