This is a high-profile position responsible for developing, closing and managing new partnerships with online B2B publishers and other strategic partners. Working closely with the SVP Business Development and other marketing personnel, this individual will be the driving force behind the expansion of their partnership network.
As Director of Business Development, you will have the opportunity to market a suite of products that not only have broad appeal, but offer their partners numerous and innovative revenue generation opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated go-getter with a proven track record of driving sales and creating long-lasting partnerships.
Job Duties:
--Draw upon your solid reputation and relationships to deliver on revenue goals for the US market
--Sell Company's programs and products to new publishers and marketing partners
--Proactively monitor performance and activity of each partner identifying new opportunities to increase revenues
--Manage the relationship with our partners including communicating improvements to product & implementations, deployment of new campaigns, marketing creative, training, etc.
--Develop and manage portfolio of relationships. Prioritize best revenue opportunities with clients and manage revenue yield.
--Deliver all reporting and results on progress and pipeline to management team.
Salary Range and Bonus Potential:
--$ 90K to $110K Base, $150K - $180K Total

Job Requirements:
--Minimum of 5 years business development and partner relationship management experience, preferably in the lead-generation marketplace or digital advertising space
--Must be thoroughly knowledgeable about Internet advertising products including lead generation, pay-per-click, display ad, content development and other digital marketing products
--Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, "hunter" mentality
--Driven to attain and exceed personal and revenue quotas
--Proven and successful track record of selling marketing programs
--Knows how to identify the decisions maker in an organization and is persistent with follow-ups
--Excellent oral and written communication skills
--Proven ability to translate ideas into insightful business recommendations
--Excellent multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills
--Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills
--Strong Microsoft Office suite and related tools skills
Educational Requirements:
--Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
